REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy applies to products purchased from Superboxamerica, the online store operated by Honey World Inc ("Honey World Inc," "Super Box," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all accessories, remotes, cables, manuals, and free promotional items included
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items that are not in resalable condition, that have been damaged through misuse, or that are missing parts or packaging (other than due to our error) may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Free or promotional items
How to start a return
- Email info@mujeza.us or call +1 (813) 530 5941 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll review your request and, if eligible, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address. Please do not ship any item back without an RMA, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number/RMA inside.
- Ship the item using a trackable method and send us the tracking number.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. If the return is the result of a defective product or our error (for example, you received the wrong or a damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns and will be deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply to items that are defective or that we shipped in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds (except for defective or incorrect items).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defect or our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mujeza.us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping), with no restocking fee.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged with the same item where stock allows. To exchange for a different item, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Because we offer same-day shipping, the cancellation window is short — contact us as soon as possible at info@mujeza.us. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing time can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@mujeza.us.
